   杂志的出版是有周期的，
   不会为了一篇文章而改变。
2. 答：还是写邮件比较正规，催稿信的模板如下：

   Sorry for disturbing you. I am not sure if it is the right time to contact youto inquire about the status of my submitted manuscript titled “Paper Title”.(ID: 文章稿号), although the status of“With Editor” has been lasting for more than two months, since submitted tojournal three months ago. I am just wondering that my manuscript has been sentto reviewers or not?
